The Online Forms module allows you to create custom forms that your clients can fill out on the web and send to you. Online Forms is extremely flexible. We used this module to create both the purchase page and our contact form on our demonstration site, RobertaBlack.com. You can create fields, drop-downs, check boxes, radio buttons and more. You'll even be able to automatically send a reply to anyone that submits a form.
